It’s February and I think I can officially say that thus far I’ve failed at my new year’s resolutions. I haven’t been eating too well or working out regularly, so I’ve probably gained some weight. I certainly haven’t been saving any money (but I do have a cool new tablet to play with), and I haven’t been regularly updating this blog at all. Hell, It’s been three weeks since my last post – that’s like a millennium in internet time!
Truthfully I haven’t been overly busy with stacks of work up to my eyeballs, but I have been busy enough that finding time to dedicate to a full length project post has been difficult.
Wait, what’s that??? I’m making excuses? but I have proof…
At work, it’s come time to update some of the dated company brochures and promotional material, so I’ve been hard at work putting together a new look brochure booklet to match the company website that was updated last year.
It sometimes feels like I’m doing this every few weeks, and realistically I probably am, but I guess that’s just the pace of business. I’ve also been working on some pretty cool infographic presentation stuff, which I’m really quite happy with. It’s all a little confidential and sensitive right now but here’s a sneak peak at it.
Over at Tim & Brenda’s Place, we’re gearing up for the Megaspeed show in March, which is a lot closer then you think, and so top priority is our exhibit/show booth and show graphics.
Then of course there are a few smaller, yet certainly not at all less important, projects. Like wedding invitations for a friend’s upcoming wedding.
I could go on and on, and maybe at some point I will (meaning, I may feature some of the projects you see here in full length posts) but at least for now you’re all caught up. Hopefully I’ll do better over then coming days/weeks/months to keep this thing update, but for now I’m not making any promises.
Now I’m gonna go workout…

always tempting to put your current work up to show it off, because you’re inclined to believe it’s your best yet (if you’re like me!).
